COMMITTEE MEETINGS
We have various committees to implement industry standards and policies and grow our membership and have fun.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up of the President, Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer/Secretary, Immediate Past President and any contractor member. It also includes the Chair of the Associates Committee and four other non-contractor members. This is the time the board of directors set direction and policy for the organization and is only for board members to attend

Associates Committee Meetings
This meeting is for all associate members and is open to any interested parties.
When: Third Wednesday of every month (except December)

Regional Meeting
The objective of these meetings is to provide an opportunity for Members and Agency Representatives from the State, County, City, Towns, public and private utility companies, contractors, subcontractors, engineering and all others to discuss and resolve issues as necessary. They are open to any ATB Members or invited guests.
When: Second Wednesday of Every Month

Southern Arizona Safety Council
The objective of this meeting is to provide a forum to discuss issues, develop, and disseminate information about safety services and programs.

Membership Committee
This Committee meets as needed to serve the needs of the association membership. This Committee actively seeks new members to join the only contractors association that focuses on civil construction.

Materials Sub-Committee
The objective is to pro-actively engage Agency partners to develop / modify aggregate specifications which meet engineered requirements and are economically feasible and address emerging changes in technology such as Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) and Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA).

Procurement Committee
The objective of this meeting is to involve all members to participate in specific meetings relating to policy set by different government agencies. Guest speakers are brought in to educate the Committee of the specific legislation. The Committee has other subcommittees, such as the Procurement Subcommittee, which relates to procurement processes, the effect they have on our industry, and how these processes could be improved to benefit all parties.
